We're seeking Senior Cyber Analysts for 24x7x365 Joint Operations Center (JOC) roles at USCYBERCOM in Odenton, MD. Positions span Day, Swing, and Mid shifts with robust cross-training and surge support readiness. This is for an anticipated contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SME expertise across JOC mission areas, enhancing SOPs for DODIN defense and partner synchronization.
- Track Cyber Mission Force status and provide shared situational awareness to leadership, components, and partners.
- Generate impact reports and facilitate DIB/Law Enforcement info sharing via DC3 liaison.
- Craft communication strategies aligned with command vision and guide on doctrine, ROE, and authorities.
- Support policy research, analysis, and complex information communication.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- BA/BS in STEM or related +10 years, or 12+ years experience; 10+ years team management in DoD/IC CO.
- Expertise in military ops phases, Joint Publications (JP 3-12 Cyberspace Ops, JP 5-0 Planning), JOC ops, and cyber infrastructure.

- Develop and improve SOPs for mission support, DODIN defense, and situational awareness
- Maintain awareness on Cyber Mission Force planning, status, and reporting
- Create reports on USCYBERCOM components' mission results and facilitate information sharing with DC3
- Advise on authorities, cyberspace doctrine, ROE, and support policy development
