Join Leidos National Security Sector as Senior Cyberspace Operations Planner, Site Lead

Leidos delivers cutting-edge solutions for defense and intelligence missions. Our National Security Sector supports USCYBERCOM with expert cyberspace operations planning. This Site Lead role drives operational planning for J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES, shaping cyberspace capabilities against global threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SME guidance on Joint Cyberspace plans per USCYBERCOM directives and Joint publications.
  • Lead as Site Lead, directing daily activities and advising staff to advance missions.
  • Enable targeting, validation, and integration in cyber warfare domain.
  • Draft foundational documents like OPLANS, OPORDs, FRAGOs.
  • Support OPG/OPTs, integrating cyber into broader plans; coordinate via IJSTO and RAPCO.
  • Develop concepts of support, COAs, and comprehensive plans with partners.
  • Lead projects, Crisis Action Teams, and operations; review CO plans for alignment.
  • Analyze cyber threats from state/non-state actors; assess vulnerabilities.
  • Prioritize requirements for cyber R&D/acquisition; maintain crisis plans.
  • Integrate intel with ops planning; conduct strategic cyber planning; apply relevant policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in STEM or related (or 10+ years experience).
  • 10+ years Joint Operations Planning.
