Strategic Leadership Role

Report to the VP of Program Integration Growth. Partner with Business Area Growth Leads and executives to shape winning strategies. This working leadership position tackles the most challenging pursuits across DoD portfolios, emphasizing manufacturing, production, and hardware programs with development-to-production transitions.

Key Impact Areas

• Oversee capture activities for $300M+ opportunities
• Build high-performing capture teams through mentoring
• Execute full capture lifecycle: qualification to negotiations
• Influence cross-functional alignment (technical, pricing, contracts)
• Foster customer relationships and strategic teaming

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s + 15+ years capture leadership or equivalent
• Proven $300M+ DoD wins, including hardware programs
• Matrixed team leadership experience
• Expertise in federal solicitations, teaming, pricing

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA/technical)
• DoD/OTA experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
