Lead Strategic Growth for High-Impact Intelligence Missions at Leidos

Leidos is seeking a Senior Director, Intelligence Solutions Growth Lead to drive business development, capture management, and strategic expansion within our Intelligence Sector. This role focuses on high-priority missions for ODNI, DIA, and DTRA, spanning all-source analysis, collection enablement, counterproliferation, threat reduction, counterterrorism, identity intelligence, and secure enterprise modernization.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy with multi-year pipeline aligned to ODNI, DIA, DTRA priorities.
• Oversee all BD and capture activities for the Intel Solutions portfolio.
• Direct capture managers on major pursuits ($100M+), crafting competitive, mission-aligned solutions.
• Cultivate deep relationships with senior IC and Defense Intelligence leaders.
• Partner with P&L, engineering, and solutions teams to shape differentiated offerings.
• Mentor and build a high-performing team of BD professionals and capture managers.

Mission Domains

Oversee growth in key areas: intelligence analysis and tradecraft modernization; data integration, exploitation, analytic platforms; collection and mission enablement; cloud modernization, secure operations, cross-domain solutions; counter-WMD, threat reduction, counterterrorism support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 15+ years or Master’s with 13+ years in relevant experience.
• Proven BD/capture leadership for IC/Defense Intelligence missions.
• Expertise in intelligence workflows, analytics, collection, data ecosystems, counterterrorism.
• Success in $100M+ procurements.
• TS/SCI clearance (poly preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, team leadership skills.

Pay Range: $154,050 - $278,475 USD annually. Actual pay considers experience, skills, and other factors.
