Senior Director, Strategic Growth - Health IT at Leidos
Join Leidos' Health IT Division in the Fed Civ Business Area, where you'll drive transformative growth in federal health solutions. Reporting to the Business Area Growth Officer, collaborate with the Health IT Division Manager to expand our portfolio across CMS, VA, and adjacent Health IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key federal Health IT customers.
- Craft overarching business strategies and contribute to annual operating plans (AOP).
- Lead a team of Growth leads to build robust pipelines meeting AOP targets.
- Partner with BD, solutions architects, and Leidos Health Sector for winning pursuits.
- Drive data-informed decisions on investments, OCG, and priorities.
- Oversee program execution, provide technical guidance, and boost Pwin.
- Foster OneLeidos collaboration and strategic partnerships (LB/SB/vendors).
- Build high-impact teams through strategic hiring and resource allocation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 15+ years federal experience, including CMS/VA.
- Track record of wins in recompetes, takeaways, and growth opportunities.
- Proven portfolio management across contract types (FFP, T&M).
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and change leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in business or health field.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple programs/customers.
- Knowledge of innovative GTM models for federal Health IT expansion.
