Join Leidos as a Senior EOSH Specialist
Leidos seeks a Senior EOSH Specialist for the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) at the FAA’s William J. Hughes Technical Center in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Support the FAA’s EOSH Team in a fully on-site role (5 days/week, no travel). Disrupt the status quo with cutting-edge safety solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections, develop abatement plans, and track completion using Archibus.
- Monitor indoor air quality and perform AHERA asbestos inspections.
- Deliver EOSH training and serve as fall protection competent person.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, FAA, NEC, IBC; revise job hazard analyses.
- Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in safety-related field + CSP or CIH certification.
- OSHA #6005 and AHERA certifications; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
- 10 years experience in OSHA/NFPA, IAQ, training, JHA, inspections, abatement projects.

- AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector certification (experience)
- 10+ years experience in EOSH inspections, training, and hazard abatement (experience)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry preferred (experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, develop abatement plans, and track to completion
- Monitor and assess indoor air quality
- Develop and deliver EOSH training to personnel
- Perform AHERA-compliant asbestos inspections and removal work plans
- Serve as fall protection competent person
- Provide compliance recommendations for OSHA, NFPA, FAA, NEC, IBC
- Revise job hazard analyses and investigate accidents/near misses
