Leidos is seeking a Senior ISSO for our Intelligence Sector, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) in Annapolis Junction, MD. This multi-year, high-impact program supports cutting-edge large-scale collection systems critical to national security. Work independently, innovate with emerging technologies, and contribute to mission-critical cyber defense.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance security posture through information assurance initiatives and policy enforcement.
- Oversee security operations, manage daily aspects, evaluate classified processing solutions, and perform vulnerability/risk assessments.
- Administer configuration management for security components and ensure control compliance.
- Develop SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
- Drive compliance with NISCAP and DoD RMF processes.
- Provide expertise in security policies, support implementation, and collaborate for resilience.
- Assess processes, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IA, or related + 12+ years experience (or 16+ years without degree).
- 7+ years ISSO experience in IC/DoD programs of similar scope.
- Experience with customer Info Security tool suite.
- DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT III (CASP, CISSP, Associate).
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

- Ensure compliance with NISCAP and DoD RMF authorization activities
- Provide technical expertise in security policies and collaborate with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions
