Leidos is seeking Senior Intelligence Analysts with expertise in GEOINT, SIGINT, and Multi-INT to support a premier USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) ISR mission. Join our Defense Sector team working on a key ISR software product, driving innovation in military intelligence at Langley AFB, VA. This role offers telework flexibility but requires up to 25% travel; local candidates to Langley AFB or Beale AFB, CA preferred.

Your Critical Mission

  • Interface with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders to capture mission objectives and gaps.
  • Partner with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to map operational workflows, guiding software feature development.
  • Create comprehensive training guides and intuitive in-tool tooltips for seamless user adoption across experience levels.
  • Apply knowledge of Open Architecture (OA), DOF TURBO, ArcGIS, data analytics, Titan/JIRA, C2ISR tools, JEMA, MSCS, Thresher, and SNAPGLASS to deliver sensor-agnostic solutions meeting CFACC needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s +8 years or Master’s +6 years relevant experience (substitutable).
  • TS clearance with SCI eligibility; maintainable throughout employment.
  • Certified all-source, SIGINT, or GEOINT training completion.
  • Proven multi-domain data exploitation, mining, and IC database navigation.
  • Superior communication for independent and team-based intelligence delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • DoD/IC sensor applications, directives, standards, and reporting knowledge.
  • Recent (past 2 years) hands-on AF DCGS operations experience.

  • Collaborate with AF DCGS AETs to understand workflows and inform software design
  • Develop training guides and in-tool tooltips for user adoption
  • Leverage tools like OA, DOF TURBO, ArcGIS for sensor-agnostic solutions
  • Deliver multifaceted intelligence products supporting USAF ACC ISR mission
