Senior Lead Program Scheduler – Strategic Manufacturing Programs
Leidos seeks an accomplished Senior Lead Program Scheduler to deliver strategic scheduling leadership on high-priority U.S. Government manufacturing programs. This senior leadership role directly influences program execution, delivery, and business outcomes for complex defense initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as chief scheduling authority, partnering with executives, program managers, and manufacturing leads.
- Develop compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using advanced practices like 14-Point Analysis and CPM.
- Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA/Monte Carlo) to quantify risks and drive mitigations.
- Integrate baselines for precise forecasts, ETC, and leadership insights.
- Present to stakeholders, shaping contract strategies and ensuring governance.
- Mentor schedulers within the Leidos EVM Center of Excellence.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 12+ years A&D scheduling leadership or equivalent.
- Expertise in MS Project, EVM, manufacturing integration, and advanced metrics (BEI, SPI, etc.).
- U.S. citizenship; Secret Clearance eligible.
Preferred Qualifications
- SSI tools, PMI-SP, Milestones Professional, MS Project macros.
