Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues with advanced troubleshooting to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, delivering hands-on training in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain precise records, logs, and documentation for compliance and equipment history.
• Conduct proactive inspections, recommend enhancements, and coordinate with operations for seamless scheduling.
• Champion safety compliance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Refine preventive maintenance programs and support predictive technologies like vibration analysis.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in mechanical systems maintenance.
• Expertise in mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance software.
• Proven leadership, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography) and CMMS.
