Primary Instructional Responsibilities

• Deliver expert training to Space Force Guardians in Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), Mission Planning Cell (MPC), ASTRO, and ISR disciplines.
• Act as Senior MTT Instructor, upholding instructional excellence, curriculum integrity, and schedule adherence.
• Develop, author, and present mission-tailored ISR course content.

Site Lead Leadership Duties

As Site Lead, drive team success through:

• Timesheet approval and policy compliance enforcement.
• Tracking annual Leidos and customer training completion.
• Compiling monthly status reports with accomplishments, challenges, and recognitions.
• Managing Vector performance metrics and End-of-Course (EOC) reporting.
• Leading performance management per Leidos guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (day 1 requirement).
• 8+ years in Space Force Intelligence Operations (PED, MPC, Analysis, Structured Techniques).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); prior USAF ISR background.
• Certified SWIFT Instructor with proven classroom delivery; valid Instructor Certification.
