Leidos Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division seeks a Senior Operations Technician to lead operations, maintenance, and repair of vital building infrastructure in a large, complex facility. Leverage your mechanical and electrical expertise in HVAC, central plants, generators, power distribution, and building automation systems (BAS) to ensure seamless, safe operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair systems like boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical distribution (transformers, MCCs, UPS), pumps, generators, and BAS.
• Monitor performance using control panels, gauges, and BAS interfaces.
• Swiftly address alarms, breakdowns, and emergencies.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies or degradation.
• Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Lead Junior Technicians in tasks and troubleshooting.
• Document inspections, repairs, and logs.
• Comply with OSHA, NFPA, and safety standards.
• Coordinate during outages and emergencies.

Basic Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
• Night shift availability.
• High school diploma.
• 2-3 years maintenance experience (automotive/heavy equipment).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling, electrical.
• Technical manual/diagram interpretation.
• Tool proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
• Safety protocol adherence.
