Leidos Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division seeks a Senior Operations Technician to safeguard critical building systems in a large, complex facility. Leverage your mechanical and electrical expertise in HVAC, central plants, generators, power distribution, and building automation systems (BAS) to ensure uninterrupted operations. Primary Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical distribution (transformers, MCCs, UPS, substations), pumps, generators, power systems, and BAS.
• Monitor performance using control panels, gauges, and BAS interfaces; respond rapidly to alarms and emergencies.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies or degradation; execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead Junior Operations Technicians in tasks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed logs for inspections, repairs, and operations.
• Enforce OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with departments during outages.

Basic Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Night shift availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years automotive/heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling, electrical wiring.
• Proficiency with technical manuals, diagrams, diagnostic tools, hand/power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership/mentoring experience.
• Quality control, energy efficiency, CMMS familiarity.
• DOT inspections, EPA 609 certification, project management.
