Senior PAM Engineer (Zero Trust) - Leidos Defense Innovation
Leidos seeks a Senior PAM Engineer for Wave 2 of the USSOCOM Zero Trust Integration, focusing on Line of Effort 2. This critical role deploys enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management across NIPR, SIPR, and Top-Secret enclaves, vaulting credentials, enforcing JIT access, and integrating with Zero Trust architecture. REQUIRES ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI ELIGIBILITY.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PAM solution (Delinea) deployment across enclaves
- Inventory and onboard all privileged accounts to secure vault
- Configure JIT policies, session recording, and monitoring for zero standing privileges
- Build API integrations with Splunk SIEM and IGA platforms
- Develop RMF artifacts (LLD, SSP, SOPs) for ATO
- Scale PAM from pilot to enterprise-wide enforcement
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI eligible
- Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II (Sec+ CE or higher); Delinea Certified Administrator
- Education/Experience: MA/MS + 10+ years in PAM/Zero Trust
- Skills: JIT workflows, AD/Splunk/IGA integration, RMF compliance

- Design and configure JIT access policies, session recording, and privileged session monitoring
- Develop scripts and API integrations with Splunk SIEM and IGA platforms
- Support RMF process with LLD documents, SSPs, and SOPs for ATO achievement
- Manage enterprise rollout of PAM policies from pilot to full enforcement
