Leidos is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to support technical development for the Sponsor's IdAM/ICAM programs on a secure network. Design, develop, and implement reliable, robust, resilient systems that empower software development teams. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative products, services, or hybrid solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Support enterprise software solutions within customer cloud environments like AWS.
- Provide hands-on execution guidance and engineering support to mission teams.
- Collaborate with large teams of developers, software engineers, cybersecurity experts, DBAs, and architects.
- Address security findings from scans in partnership with security engineers.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure through patching, configuration, and upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- BS degree + 8+ years experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
- Proven AWS experience and platform engineering expertise.
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional team collaboration.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with automation: Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Packer.
- Containers (Docker/Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Serverless platforms like AWS Lambda.
- Security accreditation processes and Agile/SAFe/Scrum environments.
