Leidos’ Defense Sector seeks a Senior Program Analyst to drive high-impact national security programs at Fort Belvoir, VA. Guide planning, execution, and oversight of complex defense and intelligence initiatives, integrating advanced software capabilities across operational environments. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and variance analysis.
  • Manage risk/opportunity processes, facilitate Risk Management Boards (RMBs), and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Produce program status reports, performance metrics, and executive briefings for stakeholders.
  • Oversee baseline change control, ensuring compliant scope, schedule, and budget management.
  • Serve as key liaison for program controls with government, subcontractors, and teams; mentor junior analysts.
  • Ensure timely CDRL submissions for schedule, cost, and performance data.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's + 8/12+ years or Master’s + 6/10+ years relevant experience (degree substitutions possible).
  • Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI eligible).
  • Expertise in program controls: scheduling, risk, performance analysis in government contracting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication to influence and present complex data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience on large defense programs with software/system integration.
  • EVM principles and reporting knowledge.
  • Government contracting familiarity; tools like SharePoint, Jira, Confluence.

Contingent on program award (late Feb-mid Mar). Multiple levels based on experience. Pay Range: $92,300-$166,850 USD/year. At Leidos, outthink, outbuild, outpace the status quo—disrupt and excel in mission-critical roles.
