Leidos seeks a dynamic Senior Program Manager (SPM) to lead Major Construction Planning, Programming, and Major Programs across the United Kingdom. Provide expert personnel and services for planning, requirements documentation, coordination with installation agencies, headquarters, host nation, and contractors to execute work and inspections flawlessly. This role demands a leader who thrives in high-stakes defense environments, collocated with UK teams to drive mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer task orders and act as Leidos' primary correspondence focal point.
  • Deliver clear, timely responses to stakeholders within 12 business hours.
  • Maintain planning, site visits, quality checks, and integrated schedules per PMI's Standard for Program Management (4th Ed.) and PMBOK from owner/user perspective.
  • Ensure compliant project programming/planning products and aligned furnishings/fit-out delivery.
  • Lead team for on-time, on-budget, in-scope program delivery; daily interface with UK partners.
  • Oversee construction site visits to confirm design intent, requirements, standards, and codes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in U.S. federal/local regulations, Executive Orders, and UK statutes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s +12 years (10+ airfields) or Master’s +10 years in military planning/programming/construction.
  • Proven portfolio management experience at similar scale.
  • U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret clearance.
