Join Leidos as Senior Program Scheduler for Starlab Space Station

Leidos is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Scheduler to lead strategic scheduling for the Starlab Space Station AIT, Phase 2 program. As the lead authority, you will develop the Integrated Master Schedule, align technical execution with resources and risks, and drive program success in replacing the International Space Station for NASA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape program strategies as primary scheduling leader using advanced practices.
  • Build and maintain complex IMS in Microsoft Project, compliant with EIA-748, PASEG, and NDIA standards.
  • Lead Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA), Monte Carlo simulations, and mitigation strategies.
  • Implement scheduling rhythms, controls, and baseline change governance.
  • Partner with IPT Leads, technical staff, and NASA for optimized performance.
  • Present schedule insights, risks, and what-if scenarios to senior stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years Aerospace & Defense scheduling (or equivalent).
  • Mastery of Microsoft Project, CPM, float management, 14-Point Analysis, execution metrics (BEI, CEI, CPLI, SV, SPI).
  • U.S. citizenship; onsite in Huntsville, AL; Public Trust clearance eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing/production experience.
  • SSI Tools expertise, MS Project macros, custom reporting.
  • PMI-SP certification.

  • Partner with program managers, IPT Leads, and NASA stakeholders
  • Conduct schedule health assessments and present insights to leadership
  • Manage baseline change control and develop contractual scheduling artifacts
