Senior Project Manager - Drive Impactful Projects at Leidos Australia

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain critical artefacts including Project Management Plans (PMP), schedules, risk/issue registers, and communication strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to technical, quality, schedule, and financial baselines; manage multi-vendor dependencies and recommend adjustments.
  • Deliver precise status updates, commercial oversight, budget management, change impact analysis, and contract accountability to sponsors.

We're seeking a proactive leader with proven success in multi-vendor environments, strong stakeholder rapport, and a consultative style that inspires teams. Bring experience in proposal development, Agile/PMP/PRINCE2 methodologies, ITIL delivery, and systems engineering. You must hold Australian citizenship and NV-1 clearance. Thrive in fast-paced settings while keeping end-users central through robust governance and communication.

180,000 - 220,000 AUD / yearly
