Key Responsibilities
- Lead project managers delivering comprehensive engineering designs for electric utility clients.
- Manage portfolio performance: cost, schedule, scope, risks.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and PMO maturity via tools, KPIs, analytics.
- Mentor staff, interface with clients/stakeholders, oversee contracts, invoicing, bids, RFPs.
- Develop dashboards/forecasts for executives; pursue business development; ensure compliance.
- Travel ~15% locally/regionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or related.
- 8+ years PM experience in electric power (6+ with Master’s); utility project expertise.
- Scope/schedule/cost/contract skills; bid/RFP experience; leadership proficiency.
- Project software (Workfront, MS Project, P6), MS Office; strong communication; travel willingness.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (or obtain within 2 years); leadership/cross-functional team success.
- Consulting experience; PowerBI/visualization tools.

- Ability to travel ~15% locally regionally (experience)
Responsibilities

- Interface with clients stakeholders on issues progress risks
- Coordinate with engineering leads on technical scope constructability

- Deploy standardized PMO tools templates KPIs procedures
- Leverage analytics for decision-making trend identification
- Prepare bid documents cost estimates RFP responses
- Identify pursue business development opportunities
