We're seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality efforts for on-site support to USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES. This role drives mission success through a robust Quality Management Plan (QMP).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QMP aligned with mission objectives and Task Order requirements.
- Integrate quality methodologies like Six Sigma, ISO standards, and Lean with government needs.
- Monitor metrics, perform audits, and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver performance reports to leadership.
- Support reporting for Quality Management Reviews, In-Process Reviews, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's in relevant field; 12+ years DoD quality experience, preferably USCYBERCOM.
- Expertise in quality plans, auditing (ISO9001/20000/AS9100/CMMI), and metrics analysis.
- Strong communication and multitasking in collaborative settings.
Favorable Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Experience across DoD and IC agencies.
