Leidos seeks a strategic Senior Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise architectures across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Drive scalable, secure solutions integrating with AWS services, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), and data ecosystems using FHIR/HL7 standards. Partner with executives, developers, and clinical leaders to transform business objectives into innovative Salesforce strategies. Enjoy up to 90% telework with minimal travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions including contact centers with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
- Develop integration frameworks for AWS (S3, Redshift, Lambda) and EHR platforms.
- Lead development in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Collaborate on patient/provider workflows and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
- Maintain architecture artifacts and ensure HIPAA/security compliance.
- Evaluate AI capabilities like generative/agentic AI for adoption.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship; ability to obtain clearance.
- 12+ years experience (8+ in Salesforce architecture).
- Expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on with Apex, Lightning, Flows, Agentforce, Data Cloud.
Preferred Skills
- EHR integrations (FHIR, HL7).
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Health Cloud).
- DevOps tools (Copado, SFDX).
