Your Impactful Role

Perform high-value work supporting Australian Defence Forces personnel. Lead and inspire a Cyber SOC team, providing oversight in security operations management, incident response, detection, analysis, containment, and eradication of cybersecurity incidents and data spills. Be the clear communicator who grows the team to mission success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CISO to review and uplift the SOC
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the team
• Work collaboratively with customers
• Ensure services are delivered appropriately
• Drive continuous improvement through people, processes, and technology

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership, including mentoring juniors
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity environments
• Hands-on incident response and cyber operations experience
• Ability to conduct security assessments/audits

Must-have: Australian Citizen with NV-2 clearance (NV-1 upgradable considered). ITAR compliance may apply.
