Your Role: Senior ServiceNow Architect/Strategist
Based in Scoresby, Victoria (Melbourne area, with flexibility for Canberra), lead the Defence Digital Modernisation program's ServiceNow evolution. Shape roadmaps, drive digital transformation, and collaborate across teams. Infrequent travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of ServiceNow roadmaps reflecting priorities and tech opportunities.
- Architecture design for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM with AI like predictive intelligence and virtual agents.
- Implement Performance Analytics for data-driven insights and KPIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-value enhancements.
- Build governance, standards, and best practices for platform excellence.
About You
Empathetic leader with ServiceNow expertise (Certified Technical Architect), IT strategy experience, Agile/DevOps knowledge, and stellar communication. Australian Citizen with Baseline clearance (NV-1 uplift required). Thrive in collaborative, innovative environments.

- Australian Citizenship with Baseline security clearance (NV-1 uplift) (experience)
- Strong communication & leadership skills (experience)
Responsibilities
- Guide ServiceNow platform roadmap aligned to organisational priorities
- Design secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules with AI features
- Configure Performance Analytics for actionable dashboards and KPIs
- Collaborate with business/technical teams on enhancements
- Establish development standards, governance, and best practices
