Leidos seeks a Senior SharePoint Administrator for a major DoD enterprise IT contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. Support SharePoint operations across multi-location enclaves, ensuring secure, high-performance infrastructure for mission-critical needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain SharePoint 2016/2019: daily monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
- Install/configure servers including SQL, IIS, and applications.
- Lead migrations from Windows Server 2016 to 2019 and on-prem to SharePoint Online.
- Customize solutions, integrate with Microsoft 365/Power BI, manage upgrades.
- Enforce STIG compliance, NIST cybersecurity, Zero Trust/RBAC/Least Privilege.
- Troubleshoot 24/7 issues, implement IdAM, deliver RCA/AAR reports.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s +8 years or Master’s +6-10 years experience (substitutable).
- Expertise in SharePoint sites/lists/permissions, 2016/2019/Online.
- Skills in M365, Power BI, InfoPath, authentication protocols, AD/Azure AD.
- Development: JavaScript/TypeScript, web parts, BI dashboards.

- Customize platform, oversee upgrades, integrate with M365/Power BI
- Ensure DISA STIG/NIST compliance, RBAC/Zero Trust security, provide RCA reports
- Troubleshoot issues 24/7/365, support IdAM, resolve desktop/OS problems
