Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in our Intelligence Sector, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Play a dual role in User Interface Development and Full Stack Development, supporting mission-critical programs for the Warfighter. This position offers a $25K sign-on bonus and the chance to work in an agile environment with modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Development: Collaborate with SMEs to refine requirements, design intuitive UI components with React (or Vue/Angular), and optimize UX/performance.
- Full Stack Development: Build scalable web services, APIs, and features; integrate front-end/back-end; test, troubleshoot, and fix issues.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science + 14 years experience (or 18 years without degree).
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; React/Vue/Angular; AWS; cloud-native stacks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
Desired Skills
- Strong Java/Selenium; TypeScript; Git; VSCode; WebSockets; RedHat Linux.
- Bonus: PrimeReact, Cesium, Leaflet, UX tools like Balsamiq.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Systems Engineers to refine system requirements and enhance user experience (UX)
- Design and develop intuitive UI components that maximize usability and performance using React or similar frameworks
- Develop and maintain web services and interfaces that integrate seamlessly with UI components
- Build new product features and APIs ensuring scalable and efficient solutions
- Contribute to front-end and back-end development processes, perform testing, troubleshoot software, and apply bug fixes
