Work on high-impact projects from 12kV to 500kV, integrating renewable energy into the grid. Leverage your expertise in digital logic, AC/DC circuits, and substation design in a hybrid role (3 days/week in-office).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of substation physical projects with strict adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Design and QC drawings: one-line, three-line, plan-section, foundation, grounding.
- Create/check BOMs and conduct grounding/lightning protection studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients; attend site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related + 4+ years substation physical design experience.
- Strong communication, analytical skills; self-starter able to thrive independently or in teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software; travel willingness.

- Create and verify bills of materials for substation physical components
- Attend site visits at customer locations
- Collaborate with design teams, engineers, designers, and CAD technicians using client standards
- Maintain compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality control, and safety practices
