Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of initiatives ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Solutions Architects on solution design, documentation, and user materials.
- Deploy, test, and integrate solutions minimizing disruption while maximizing stakeholder value.
- Proactively manage risks and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Mentor team members to promote technical excellence and collaborative learning.
Required Skills & Experience
Bring proven expertise in Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), virtualisation (VMware, Citrix), automation (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform), monitoring (SCOM, SCCM, vCOPS), and cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle). Familiarity with ITIL 4, security protocols, and compliance in complex environments is essential. Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders are key. 160,000 - 200,000 AUD / yearly
