Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.
- Collaborate on solution design, documentation, and user materials for adoption.
- Implement, test, and integrate in enterprise environments minimizing disruption.
- Proactively manage risks and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Mentor team and promote technical excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, VMware/Citrix, PowerShell/Ansible/Terraform, SCOM/SCCM, AWS/Azure/Oracle.
- ITIL 4, security protocols, compliance in complex environments.
- Australian Citizen with NV-1 AGVSA Clearance.
- Strong communication for diverse stakeholders.

Salary
160,000 - 200,000 AUD / yearly

Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizen with active NV-1 AGVSA Security Clearance (experience)
- Hands-on systems engineering experience in Federal Government or complex environments (experience)
- Familiarity with formal engineering methodologies and system lifecycle management (experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration (experience)
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of improvement initiatives across End User Workspace, Cloud, Infrastructure, Process, and IT Service Management
- Collaborate with Business Analyst and Solutions Architect to shape solutions and produce documentation
- Implement, test, and integrate solutions in enterprise environments with minimal disruption
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enhance delivery outcomes
- Share expertise, provide guidance, and foster technical excellence
