Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to drive mission success in our cutting-edge LOE program at Fort George G. Meade, MD. Support the Target Discovery & Tradecraft mission by collaborating with intelligence stakeholders to capture requirements, develop structured plans, synthesize use cases, and create actionable roadmaps. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leadership to define analytic tradecraft requirements, goals, milestones, and dependencies.
• Conduct quarterly project reviews and performance monitoring for timely capability delivery.
• Work across mission organizations to identify, prioritize, model, ingest, and operationalize innovative data sources.
• Push boundaries in visualizations, analytic development, and tradecraft to answer critical intelligence questions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 9 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and structured planning.
• Desirable: Deep knowledge of customer dataflows, SIGINT, and intelligence sources.
