Leidos seeks a cleared Senior Systems Engineer with TS/SCI and polygraph to drive IT engineering, delivery, sustainment, and evolution for a critical mission client. Support spans Collaboration Services, Endpoint & Security, Infrastructure, Mission Unique Services, and Business Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal/external needs to build logical business improvements aligned with IM principles, cost savings, and architecture goals.
- Facilitate groups, deliver training, and transfer knowledge organization-wide.
- Craft and disseminate executive communications including documents, briefings, and talking points.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, provide customer support, and collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvements.
- Build workstations, manage hardware/software, maintain access controls, and monitor servers using advanced expertise.
- Deliver on-site network support, video conferencing, phone systems maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support physical setups, project management, and logistics like shipments and escorts.
Work Environment & Requirements
Core hours: 9:00AM–3:00PM PST; occasional weekends/after-hours for critical ops. Vary by site: identify IT dependencies, conduct ROI analyses, communicate technically, and liaise across teams. Requires seamless collaboration with contractors and all staff levels.
