Key Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 Active Directory and networking support in MCEN-N/S environments.
- Handle account management, spillage resolution, and malicious email mitigation.
- Maintain SIPR VTC tunnels and tactical configurations.
- Resolve 50 daily Remedy tickets, performing IOS reloads and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with onsite teams (90% rapid resolutions) and drive continuous improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/MIS or equivalent experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance (US Citizen).
- 10+ years IT with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT.
- 10+ years Active Directory/Exchange.
- 3+ years Remedy ticketing.
- IAT Level III + Security+ certifications.

- Perform IOS reloads, troubleshoot connectivity, and resolve access issues
- Document lessons learned and lead vulnerability mitigation efforts
