Leidos is seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to drive operational excellence for our key partner, Manchester Airport Group (MAG). Based in Greater Manchester, UK, this pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Service Program Account Manager, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery in a high-volume, 24/7 technical environment. Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations

  • Manage asset maintenance, repairs, and software upgrades across MAG sites.
  • Oversee inventory compliance and critical stock management.
  • Lead incident management, service recovery, and IT support.
  • Handle resource scheduling, data analysis, and reporting.

People & Performance

  • Maintain skills matrices, conduct competency assessments, and drive training.
  • Implement performance objectives, employee engagement, and absence management.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and site housekeeping.

Cost Control & Efficiencies

  • Monitor SLAs, resource allocation, overtime, and expenses via Salesforce Lightning.
  • Manage small projects from quotation to delivery with cross-functional input.

Data, Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track KPIs, maintain ISO9001-2015 records, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Build forums for stakeholder communication and weekly/bi-weekly reporting.

  • Oversee customer asset maintenance, repair, and software upgrades across MAG sites
  • Manage inventory compliance and critical on-site stock
  • Lead operational & IT incident management and service recovery
  • Conduct systems utilisation, data analysis, resource scheduling, and gap analysis
  • Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, and training
  • Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Ensure cost control, accurate CRM charging, and approval of overtime/expenses
  • Maintain compliance documentation for ISO9001-2015 and inspections
  • Foster communication forums with internal/external stakeholders and MAG teams
