Service Desk Analyst - NV1 at Leidos Australia

Join Leidos Australia to protect Australia's digital frontlines. We're hiring multiple Service Desk Analysts across VIC, ACT, WA, and QLD for mission-critical support to Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Government clients. Australian citizenship and active NV1 clearance required; OSA assessment mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for end-user technical support.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, network, and telecom issues.
  • Manage accounts: password resets, unlocks.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11/10, Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Support VPN, remote access, Exchange mailboxes, desk phones, file shares, printers.
  • Coordinate hardware/software/mobile procurement.

Required Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance and OSA willingness.
  • Keen IT interest; 1+ years support experience desirable.
  • IT certification advantageous.

Desirable Skills

  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow experience.
  • VPN/remote support, desktop/network troubleshooting.
  • Windows 10, Office 2016/Outlook proficiency.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, and telecom systems
  • Perform account maintenance including password resets and unlocks
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11/10 and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Manage remote access, VPN, portals, and token issues
  • Handle Exchange mailbox requests and M365 mail client support
  • Maintain desk phone systems, file shares, and network printers
  • Coordinate procurement for mobile phones, hardware, and software
