Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee 24/7/365 service desk for Cloud One, managing 5-15 help desk staff per ITIL standards.
  • Prioritize IT incidents, resolve issues, escalate as needed, and provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, portals).
  • Champion self-service initiatives to minimize interactions and enhance user autonomy.
  • Monitor service health, document outages/processes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of service desk operations.

Technical Leadership & Team Management

  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align requirements with technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff, lead reviews on complex decisions, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Assess performance, hire talent, ensure compliance with training and security protocols.
  • Prepare documentation and present recommendations to drive operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's +5 years or Master's +3 years IT experience (equivalent accepted).
  • 2+ years team/project supervision.
  • Interim Secret clearance (Secret required); US citizenship.
  • CompTIA Security+ or IAT-2.
