Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint workflows to enhance business processes.
- Create intuitive SharePoint sites organizing data for seamless decision-making.
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and user experience using latest SharePoint features.
- Manage permissions, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and lead incident response.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align workflows with business needs.
- Handle site management including libraries, lists, and content types.
- Maintain documentation and deliver user training.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- BS + 4-8 years or MS + 2-6 years relevant experience (substitutions accepted).
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret eligible).
- U.S. Citizen.
- Proven SharePoint workflow, permissions, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate network SharePoint design experience.
- Advanced transformation of user-facing SharePoint apps.
- Deep Microsoft SharePoint procedures knowledge.
