Role Overview
As a Senior SharePoint Systems Administrator, support large-scale enterprise IT for DOD across multi-classification enclaves. Deploy, operate, and maintain SharePoint farms with remote administration, load balancing, PKI/claims authentication. Manage site setups, permissions, troubleshooting, and service requests in a 24/7/365 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with site owners for inquiries and issues; implement IT system troubleshooting/maintenance.
- Distinguish user vs. enterprise problems; develop solutions, update KAs/SOPs.
- Oversee SharePoint projects: upgrades, maintenance, IdAM integrations, migrations to SP2019/Online.
- Manage permissions, O365/M365 apps (Teams, OneDrive); conduct data searches/purges for compliance.
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage tickets in ServiceNow, lead team performance/timesheets.
- Deliver RCA reports, AARs, and 24/7 ops documentation.
Basic Qualifications
- Extensive SharePoint (2013-2019, Online) experience: config, install, secure.
- SQL clusters, patching; PKI/claims auth; F5/Citrix load balancers.
- M365/O365 management expertise.
