Leidos seeks licensed behavioral health professionals for flexible, as-needed Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) roles supporting Laughlin Air Force Base near Del Rio, TX. Serve U.S. military members and families with non-medical, preventive counseling for life adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face individual, couples, family, and child counseling.
- Enhance visibility supporting students, parents, and staff at installations.
- Leverage clinical skills for referrals to military/community resources.
- Present on social-emotional learning and child development.
- Foster positivity through approved materials and event attendance.
- Assist with transitions like new schools/homes.
- Report trends and join trainings.

- Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor military environments (experience)
Responsibilities

- Recommend referrals to military/community resources using clinical skills
- Deliver presentations on social skills and emotional learning for children
