Make an immediate impact supporting U.S. military service members and their families at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, CA. This short-term or as-needed backfill position fills in for an existing MFLC on leave, offering flexible PRN scheduling with opportunities for additional assignments. Focus purely on counseling without administrative hassles—no insurance filing, progress notes, or treatment plans required.

Responsibilities
Deliver face-to-face support for individuals, couples, families, and children facing military-unique challenges like deployments, relocations, and separations. Use your expertise to recommend referrals, present on social-emotional development, and build community ties through events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.
- Independent licensure (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
- U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.
