Key Responsibilities

  • Track equipment addition/removal for three sites, providing procurement updates.
  • Develop and maintain logistics processes for efficiency.
  • Create and monitor logistics training plans.
  • Report via Confluence, SharePoint, HelpNow.
  • Support OCONUS global logistics and SCMR audits.
  • Approve transfers as CPO for hub/tail sites.
  • Collaborate on configuration management.
  • Manage site inventory plans, disposals, RMAs, and consumables.
  • Track shipments and complete training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9 years experience/education equivalent.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph; US Citizenship.
  • Inventory systems, MS Office, logistics experience.
  • FAR, SAP/AM preferred.
  • Lift 50lbs, travel 30%, remote sites every 6 months.
  • Strong communication, autonomous work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP/AM data entry.
  • Continuous improvement in asset tracking.

Undertake related duties as needed. Estimated salary: AUD 130,000–170,000/year based on experience in remote Australian defense logistics roles.

Required Qualifications

  • 9 years combined work history and education (Bachelor’s +5 years, Associate’s +7 years, HS +9 years) (experience)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (experience)
  • US Citizenship (experience)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry 40 feet multiple times daily (experience)
  • Ability to travel 30% of the year, including remote OCONUS locations at least every 6 months (experience)
  • Work under difficult conditions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage equipment addition/removal across three sites, updating procurement team
  • Develop, implement, and maintain logistics processes for efficiency
  • Assist in training plans for logistics team
  • Monitor and report via Confluence, SharePoint, HelpNow
  • Support global logistics for OCONUS sites and SCMR audits
  • Approve equipment transfers as Custodial Property Officer (CPO)
  • Collaborate with Configuration Management and Tier II technicians
  • Develop and monitor site-specific inventory plans
  • Manage equipment disposal and RMA processes
  • Maintain consumable stock levels and track shipments
