Leidos delivers innovative intelligence solutions for USCYBERCOM J2. We're seeking a Senior Socio-Cultural Analyst (CI/HUMINT Language Analyst - Farsi) with native Farsi expertise to drive HUMINT collection, analysis, and translation in a high-stakes environment. Contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver native-level Farsi skills and deep cultural insights on geopolitical, economic, social issues.
- Support HUMINT operations through targeted research and analysis.
- Perform precise translations of audio, video, transcripts between Farsi and English.
- Innovate research methods for language exploitation and intelligence dissemination.
- Develop command-wide Operating Instructions (OIs).
- Collaborate across teams to integrate socio-cultural factors into operations.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience, with recent work; Master’s or Bachelor’s +5 years.
- DLI 4/4 Farsi or equivalent; native comprehension.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (no sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications
- USCYBERCOM familiarity; Joint operations experience.
- Native cultural expertise in Farsi-speaking regions.
- Network defense knowledge.

- Develop innovative target language research/exploitation methods
- Advise on socio-cultural analysis techniques
- Produce Operating Instructions (OIs) for programs
- Collaborate with analysts/collectors/mission partners
