We're seeking a Senior Socio-Cultural Analyst (CI/HUMINT Language Analyst - Russian) with native-level Russian skills to drive mission success. This contingent role (proposal phase) requires Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph—no sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise native-level Russian reading, writing, speaking, and deep cultural insights on geopolitical, economic, social issues.
- Support HUMINT collection/analysis through targeted research.
- Perform high-fidelity translations of transcripts, audio, video, preserving nuances.
- Innovate research/exploitation methods and optimize intelligence presentation.
- Advise on socio-cultural best practices for collection/reporting.
- Draft Operating Instructions for command programs.
- Collaborate across teams to embed linguistic/cultural intel in operations.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years relevant experience, recent within 2 years.
- Master’s in related field (or Bachelor’s +5 years senior exp.; more exp. may substitute).
- DLI 4/4 Russian proficiency or equivalent; native comprehension Level 4.
- Expert network defense knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- USCYBERCOM structure/mission expertise.
- Joint operations experience across domains.
- Native Russian cultural immersion.

- Advise on socio-cultural analysis and cross-cultural communications
- Produce Operating Instructions (OIs) for command-wide programs
- Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and partners to integrate insights into operations
