Your Impactful Role
As a pivotal SOE Engineer, lead the enterprise-wide transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Design, test, and deploy optimized SOE images ensuring security, compliance, and peak performance. Collaborate closely with customers and teams to deliver seamless desktop environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Windows 11 SOE using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and MDT.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies alongside infrastructure teams.
- Execute pilot deployments, collect feedback, and iterate for perfection.
- Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and support.
- Manage change processes and mitigate risks effectively.
What You'll Bring
Proven SOE engineering experience, deep Windows 10/11 knowledge, proficiency in deployment tools, PowerShell, Group Policy, app packaging, Active Directory, Azure AD, and security standards.
