Our SkyLine-X™ ATM system now powers international operations, and we're expanding in Asia-Pacific through cutting-edge R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Research optimization techniques and machine learning models for transportation systems, with ATM/aviation experience as a plus.
- Collect, process, and analyze air traffic data.
- Develop simulation platforms to validate algorithms.
- Create visualizations from simulation data to support findings.
- Design prototypes and intelligent tools.
- Collaborate with partners to integrate AI into ATM decision support systems.
- Contribute to meetings, reports, publications, proposals, and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/advanced degree in Optimization, AI, Software, Transportation, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Proven AI/ML predictive algorithms using historical data.
- 2-3+ years experience.
- Expertise in Python, Java, C/C++.
- Strong English communication.
- Proactive, independent team player.
- Singaporean Citizenship.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++ (experience)
- Good English writing and communication skills (experience)
- Proactive self-starter, independent team player (experience)
- Singaporean Citizenship (experience)
- Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems or aviation (bonus) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on optimization techniques and machine learning models for transportation systems
- Collect, process, and analyze air traffic data
- Develop or use simulation platforms to validate algorithms and models
- Analyze simulation data and create visualizations for research findings
- Design and build prototypes or intelligent tools
- Collaborate with industry and academic partners to integrate AI into ATM decision support systems
- Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and contribute to publications
- Assist in drafting project proposals and technical documentation
- Support Lead Research Manager on project management tasks
