Key Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design/implement features within architectures using Python, Java, Go, TypeScript
- Build/maintain services, APIs, tests for production reliability
- Active code reviews and peer feedback
AI-Enabled Capabilities
- Execute AI features: API integrations, prompt-driven workflows, retrieval-assisted components
- Validate with testing, safety, governance practices
Cloud & Platform
- Develop containerized services, CI/CD in cloud-native environments
- Troubleshoot issues, collaborate on infrastructure
Collaboration
- Agile teamwork with product managers, designers, engineers
- Feature ownership from dev to deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering + 4+ years (or equivalent experience)
- Modern language proficiency, REST APIs, Git, testing/CI-CD
- Independent execution, communication, U.S. authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- AI/ML/LLM exposure
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP
- Regulated/high-reliability systems

- Implement AI-enabled features (API integrations, prompt-driven, retrieval-assisted)
- Validate AI behavior with testing/governance
- Contribute to cloud-native apps, containers, CI/CD
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Collaborate in agile teams on design/discussions
