Leidos seeks a seasoned Software Engineer for its Intelligence Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) in Annapolis Junction, MD. Be at the forefront of Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management. Drive national security missions with cutting-edge, scalable software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance Python applications.
- Containerize with Docker for seamless builds, deployments, and management.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases for mission-critical data.
- Leverage Git for version control, collaboration, and rigorous code reviews.
- Champion CI/CD pipelines and full software development lifecycle participation.
- Deliver on-site technical support, diagnosing hardware, app, and user issues.
- Execute system admin tasks ensuring stability across multiple sites.
- Lead production deployments, validating rollouts with zero disruption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and maintain 99.9% uptime.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent + 7 years SWE experience (4 extra years may substitute degree).
- Deep expertise in Python, Docker, MongoDB, Git/GitLab/GitHub.
- JavaScript proficiency (Angular2/React) for dynamic UIs.
- CI/CD, Agile experience; plus: Ansible, JIRA, Bitbucket, Terraform, Kubernetes.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
