Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical software for national defense and intelligence products.
  • Handle full software lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Analyze hardware compatibility and develop tools for infrastructure and platforms.
  • Collaborate on complex technical solutions with deep impact on end-products.
  • Participate in lab, ground, and flight testing to validate software performance.
  • Document solutions and communicate with cross-functional teams in dynamic settings.
  • Lead projects or processes independently, staying ahead of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Engage in design and code reviews to elevate quality and skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s + 4-8 years or Master’s + 2-4 years in software/computer engineering.
  • Proficiency in C++, Java, Python.
  • Systems integration, maintenance, troubleshooting experience; SIL environment work.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance; US Citizen.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, and learning agility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Agile (SCRUM/Kanban), Atlassian tools, model/simulation experience.
