Primary role: team leadership as Control Account Manager (CAM). Secondary: hands-on software development. Expect frequent customer and senior leadership interactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enforce internal software quality policies, processes, and support audits
• Coordinate with subsystem leads on development and integration priorities
• Oversee software for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) labs
• Deliver weekly status reports to internal and customer leadership
• Lead weekly integrated software team discussions
• Manage software documentation and deployment to dedicated hardware
• Contribute to ongoing software design reviews

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's + 12-15 years or Master's + 10-13 years relevant experience
• Understanding of radar/integrated sensor systems
• Experience leading design reviews and customer presentations
• Expertise in C++, OOP, configuration management, coding standards, code reviews, testability, reusability
• API/network ICD development for custom hardware
• Team leadership in software-hardware integration
• System integration/test for requirements verification
• DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret capable); US Citizen; Huntsville area resident or relocatable
