Join Leidos as a Software Integration Engineer in Chantilly, VA
Leidos is seeking a talented Software Integration Engineer to support the GEOAxIS system, providing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) for critical NGA GEOINT web applications. This role on the GxNext contract (2021-2031) ensures highly available ICAM services across multiple security domains, enabling secure, on-demand access based on user attributes and roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage project management to oversee client integrations with enterprise services.
- Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Deliver briefings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement authentication, SSO, SAML, federation, and cloud technologies.
- Enhance IT architecture documentation, testing, and integration processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines through requirements gathering and usability sessions.
Core Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Polygraph preferred); US Citizen.
- Bachelor’s +8 years or Master’s +6 years experience.
- SEC+ or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PKI, SSL, Oracle IdAM (OAM/OUD), Ping, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible.
- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, REST/SOAP/JSON/LDAP, AuthN/AuthZ.
- Agile/SDLC proficiency and Linux admin.
Work directly with the Consumer Integration team in Chantilly, interfacing with global consumers and Springfield customers. This Springboard position accelerates your path to technical leadership. - Manage client integrations with enterprise ICAM services using project management skills
- Debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes
- Brief program/customer leadership and communicate technical/functional aspects to diverse audiences
- Implement and support authentication, SSO, SAML, federation, and cloud infrastructure
- Perform system integration, testing, validation, and procedure improvements
- Gather requirements via usability sessions to feed CI/CD pipeline
- Remove impediments and escalate issues to program leadership
