Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. (DSI) is the forefront provider of Intranet Quorum (IQ), the premier COTS CRM solution powering nearly two-thirds of the U.S. Congress. Join our elite team supporting the U.S. House of Representatives contract, selling IQ alongside vital IT products like data services, telephone town halls, hardware, and consulting. Core Responsibilities

  • Own primary sales and enduring relationships with assigned Congressional Offices throughout their elected terms.
  • Master IQ and related technologies to deliver compelling demos, training, and tailored consulting.
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: proactive outreach, proposal generation, invoicing, collections, and satisfaction follow-up.
  • Collaborate within a tight-knit team to align customer CRM/IT needs with Leidos solutions.
  • Embrace Capitol Hill mobility—extensive walking required—plus metro-area meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/equivalent + 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Microsoft Office expertise for proposals/quotations.
  • Demonstrated accountability, teamwork, and ability to secure Public Trust Clearance.
